Her gift of administrative acumen coupled with her strategic planning skills makes an impact on and positions Agape to achieve excellence regarding God’s kingdom agenda.  She serves as the director of the “Women of Honor” of Agape.”  Her heart for women prompted her to establish “Under His Wings,” a not-for-profit organization that empowers, educates, and supports women in ministry.  Lady Allen has a dynamic ministry teaching the Word of God with simplicity and clarity.  Her love for God’s people enables her to connect with all ages and cultures. She can be found teaching the youth as well as the church mothers.  She is a woman of integrity, poise, intelligence, and possesses strength, a charismatic personality, and an aura of godliness that is obvious to all she graces with her presence.  She is a community activist and works diligently to ensure that all citizens are treated with fairness and equality.  Her passion for social justice led her to be one of the founding members of the Stafford County Multicultural Coalition.  The humility of her spirit proves she is truly “Saved to Serve.”

Lady Allen, with her husband, established Agape Fellowship Ministries, (Naples, Italy) in 1998.  Upon returning to the United States they founded Agape Fellowship Ministries, (Stafford, Virginia) in 2000.  Their ministry has grown to El Perfecto (Hispanic ministry in Stafford, and areas around Northern Virginia, El Salvador and Costa Rica).  Together they are a mighty force in the body of Christ.  Her love for missionary ministry causes her to travel the world sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Of all the many titles she holds, she most enjoys being a wife and friend to Vincent since 1984, a mother to Vincent, Jr., Branden, Tanisha, Crystal, and grandmother to DeShawn, Jalen, Taiya, and Preston III.

Lady Allen’s words to live by are found in Lamentations 3:22, 23, “It is of the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.  They are new every morning; Great is your faithfulness.”
